The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices is set to meet on Thursday after Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. purged all of its members earlier this year and replaced them with a smaller group of allies. CBS News' Nikole Killion reports.
