Sleep Specialist Urges Parents to Help Kids Adjust Bedtimes Before School Starts

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - As summer winds down, children’s later bedtimes can make the transition back to school a challenge. Sleep specialist Dr. Brian Chen says the earlier parents begin adjusting their kids’ sleep schedules, the better.
