St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The St. Francois County Sheriff’s Office reports that 40-year-old Rachelle Marie Murphy, who was previously listed as an endangered missing person, has been found safe.
Murphy was located with a family member in another state, officials confirmed. She had left her care facility without her required medication, prompting the earlier advisory.
The Sheriff’s Office thanks the public for their assistance.
