Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - An Irondale man is facing a series of serious charges following a five-month investigation into alleged sexual offenses involving children.
Kenneth Paine Jr. has been taken into custody and charged in Washington County Circuit Court with rape or attempted rape in the first degree of a victim under the age of 12, two counts of sodomy or attempted sodomy in the first degree of a victim under 12, statutory rape or attempted statutory rape in the first degree of a person under 14, statutory sodomy or attempted deviate sexual intercourse with a person under 14 years old classified as an aggravated sexual offense, enticement or attempted enticement of a child where the actor is 21 years or older and the child is under 15, and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution.
A no bond order was issued in the case. Paine is currently being held in the Washington County Jail.
