Endangered Person Advisory Issued for Missing Farmington Woman

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The St. Francois County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for 40-year-old Rachelle Marie Murphy, who was last seen leaving her care facility at 1 Steplee Court in Farmington around 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025.

Murphy is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 261 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo on her ankle. Authorities say she is without her required medication and suffers from several medical conditions.

Anyone who sees Murphy or has information on her whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately or contact the St. Francois County Sheriff’s Office at 573-756-3252.
