St. Louis, Mo. (KFMO) – The St. Louis Cardinals wrapped up the home portion of the 2025 schedule over the weekend against the playoff bound Milwaukee Brewers.
The Cardinals ultimately won the series with a 7-1 win on Friday and 5-1 on Sunday. The Brewers salvaged a 10-inning win on Saturday 3-2.
St. Louis (76-80) finished the home half of the schedule with a 44-37 record (7-5 at home in September).
Baring a miracle, the Cardinals will miss the playoffs for the third consecutive year despite currently sitting just four games back of the final wild card spot.
The Redbirds have six games remaining in 2025, three in San Francisco and three in Chicago.
