It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Harold Dean Johnson, age 83, who died on Sunday, August 31, 2025. Harold was born on May 26, 1942, in Fredericktown, Missouri. He worked 25+ years delivering freight across America as an over-the-road truck driver. He loved to dance and drink coffee at the coffee shop.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Lee and Sybil Marie (McKinzie) Johnson; and his loving wife of 36 years, Janice Kay (Murphy) Johnson.
Harold is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews, family and countless friends.
Visitation will be held at C. Z. Boyer & Son-Wilson Chapel in Fredericktown on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to time of service at 11:00 a.m. Brother Kenny Settlemoir will be officiating. Interment will be in the Knob Lick Cemetery in Knob Lick, Missouri.
