Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Hillsboro-area man is facing felony charges for allegedly making unauthorized purchases with a construction company’s credit card at a Festus Home Depot.
36-year-old David Russell Conner, has been charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit device after reportedly charging over $6,800 on a Constructors 911 credit card between November 2024 and January 2025. Investigators say Conner used the card at least 31 times without permission. He was identified through store surveillance and arrested in March.
Conner remains held at the Jefferson County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
