Farmington Puts Mosquito Control Program on Hold

Farmington Mo. (KFMO) - Farmington city officials are putting their mosquito control fogging program on hold.

City Administrator, Greg Beavers, says citizens raised concerns at the last council meeting concerning the fogging method used to control the insects.

Beavers explains they were going to start the fogging program June 2, 2025 h,owever it was stopped until the issue could be discussed.

A decision on whether or not to continue the program should be made at the June 23 Farmington City Council meeting.
