Columbia, Mo. (KFMO) - The Missouri Tigers began the regular season last night at Faurot Field in Columbia. And they began the year with fireworks out of the gate beating Central Arkansas 61-6.
Beau Pribula made the start at quarterback for the Tigers and completed 23 of 28 passes for 283 yards and two touchdowns through the air, plus two more on the ground. Pribula assesses his first start with Missouri.
Tiger head coach Eli Drinkwitz on Pribula.
Sam Horn was injured early in the game. He and Pribula were expected to share time in the game. Drinkwitz says it was difficult to see Horn go down with an injury in the first quarter.
